Defendant, Janice Ivory, was charged by county attorney's information filed December 4, 1974, with delivery of a controlled substance, to wit: heroin, in violation of section 204.401(1), The Code. At arraignment counsel was appointed for defendant and her application for time within which to move or plead was granted. Defendant made several applications for extension of this time, all of which were granted upon her waiver of the right to a speedy trial...
