This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, et seq. Petitioner is Ronald Wayne Sherman, currently an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. In 1969, Sherman was sentenced to a ten-year term in federal prison for the robbery of the Yardley Savings Association in Yardley, Pennsylvania. In early 1973, he was released on parole.
