Plaintiff William Kelly has filed this monumentally ambitious antitrust suit against all four American automobile manufacturers. Kelly is the sole proprietor1 of Kelly's Bustleton Exxon Station in Northeast Philadelphia, and he seeks to represent in this lawsuit a nationwide class of all automobile repair entities other than defendants' authorized new car dealers.2<...
