Over $200,000 has been contributed to the Ohio Operating Engineers Pension Fund by Cummins Diesel on behalf of its employees. Pursuant to the summary judgment rendered by the Court of Common Pleas, those employees lose all rights in that fund, and all prospect of receiving the benefits which were contemplated under the original pension plan.
