Granted; the case is remanded to the district court for the correction of the sentence. The 14-month sentence must be set aside, and the 30-year sentence as a multiple offender must be credited with time served, as was the expressed intention of the trial judge. Otherwise applicant's contentions are dismissed as unmeritorious.
