Appellant, the vendee under a written land-sales agreement, suffered an adverse judgment in his suit for specific performance (later amended to seek damages) apparently because the trial court concluded that the agreement violated the Statute of Frauds1 due to the insufficiency of the description of the property to be conveyed. We reverse the judgment and hold that the vendor, by its conduct, was estopped to contest the validity...
