May 20, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas Allen, appellant, in pro. per.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen. and Wallace E. Allbritton, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Allen appeals from an order denying his motion for relief under Rule 3.850, R.Cr. P., urging matters which might have been raised on appellant's appeal from the judgment of his conviction.
