Kenneth Hartnell appeals from a jury conviction of two counts of the crime of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

On the basis of previous conversations, Drug Agent Albert Vincent went to the home of Tony Asencio on October 4, 1973, where he bought $100 worth of methamphetamines from Asencio. Vincent also asked for some heroin, gave $400 to Asencio, and overheard Asencio tell his wife he was "going to Ken's place." Asencio was followed...
