Defendants, Larson Transfer and Storage, Inc., and Allstate Leasing Corp., were found guilty in Hennepin County Municipal Court of violations of the Bloomington City Code because of their failure to pave certain off-street parking areas. Defendant Larson appeals its conviction on the ground that § 10.01 of the Bloomington City Code is vague and unreasonable, and was discriminatorily enforced against it.
