Before us are two interrelated matters. The first is intervenor-plaintiffs' motion for class action determination seeking designation of Ben Weinstein as representative of the class consisting of all persons who held six and one-half percent convertible subordinated debentures due September 1, 1979, of Hilco Homes Corporation between January of 1967 and April of 1972.
