HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of forgery and the trial court sentenced him to two years imprisonment in the penitentiary. With counsel present at arraignment appellant pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. After conviction he gave notice of appeal and requested a free transcript. He was determined to be indigent and the Court granted his request for a free transcript. Trial counsel was appointed to represent him on appeal.
