In this malicious prosecution action the appellees, Frank P. Jenkins and Mary Louise Jenkins, a retired couple, recovered a judgment in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County for compensatory damages of $30,000 and punitive damages of $20,000 against appellant, Richard T.
