According to the allegations of the complaint in this action, the appellant employed the respondent to defend her against the threatened foreclosure of a mortgage on an apartment house which she owned. She alleged that the respondent failed to take any steps in her defense or to advise her of her rights and that as a result the mortgage was foreclosed and the mortgagee purchased the property for the amount of the outstanding indebtedness.
