CALOGERO, Justice.

Defendant Robert Walker was charged by bill of information with attempting to commit a burglary in violation of R.S. 14:27 and 14:62. Walker was tried by jury on April 10, 1975 and found guilty as charged. He was sentenced as a multiple offender to fifty years at hard labor with credit for time served. His appeal is based upon three assignments of error.
