The plaintiff, Thelma Hurwitz, claims that she tripped over a rock in a grassy area at Camp Derry, while employed there, on July 7, 1962, and as a result thereof suffered various injuries. Mrs. Hurwitz filed a claim for workman's compensation, and a hearing was conducted on December 12, 1966, before the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, who found for the plaintiff in his order dated July 31, 1970.
