The appellant, Pete Escherivel, together with a codefendant, was tried and convicted of armed robbery. He was sentenced to not less than five nor more than six years in the Arizona State Prison, and appeals.

Two issues are raised: First, appellant urges that the prosecution violated Rule 15.1(a)(2), Rules of Criminal Procedure, 17 A.R.S., requiring that there be made available to the defendant for examination "[a]ll statements...
