Claimant in a workmen's compensation case was injured on October 24, 1972, when his sand truck ran off a road between Kinsley and Gray, Kansas. As his truck ran into the ditch and caught fire, sand in the box pushed the cab forward, pinning claimant. He felt a sharp pain in his left hip.
