The defendant was indicted for murder in intentionally causing the death of one Abraham Foxman in violation of Public Acts 1973, No. 73-137, section 2, later codified as § 53a-54a of the General Statutes. He was tried by a jury which returned a verdict of guilty and judgment was rendered accordingly. The present appeal is from that judgment.
