The plaintiff-appellant Citizens is appealing an adverse decision upon its complaint for declaratory judgment in which Citizens sought to have itself declared the owner of the only valid oil and gas lease upon certain real property owned by the defendant-appellee Doris Antibus. The issue involves the construction of an oil and gas lease. We are of the opinion that the question was not decided correctly...
