STATON, Presiding Judge.

The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in overruling Anthony's motion to withdraw his plea of guilty to theft of property having a value of less than $100.00 On appeal, Anthony contends that his plea was not voluntarily, knowingly and intelligently entered because of his emotional and physical state at the time his guilty plea was entered. We affirm.
