NESS, Justice:

Appellant was convicted of common law murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He seeks reversal contending the evidence was insufficient to submit the charge to the jury and that certain evidence should have been excluded because it was obtained pursuant to an unlawful search and seizure. We affirm.
