Percy J. Fontenot instituted this suit against Roger Lee Lafleur for an accounting of the assets of a partnership which formerly existed between the parties and for a money judgment. Defendant reconvened, seeking to recover amounts alleged to be due him by Fontenot arising out of the partnership agreement.
