ALLEN, J.

Defendant pled guilty to two counts of second-degree murder and was sentenced in accordance with a plea agreement to concurrent1 terms of 25 to 40 years on count I and life imprisonment on count II. Defendant appeals.

We are not persuaded that the lower court abused its discretion when it denied defendant's motion to withdraw said pleas. Granted, a court must exercise its discretion...
