BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

This is an indictment charging the defendant, Domenic J. Milazzo, with assault with a dangerous weapon in violation of G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 11-5-2. The defendant was tried before a jury in the Superior Court and he was found guilty.
