Defendant was convicted, by the trial judge sitting without a jury, of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, MCLA 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a). He was sentenced to 5 to 20 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right.

At trial, virtually the only witness who gave testimony as to the actual delivery was an undercover narcotics officer of the Michigan State Police. The police officer...
