YETKA, Justice.
Certiorari to the Tax Court to review its decision of June 12, 1975, reversing the order of the commissioner of taxation (now commissioner of revenue), who, for purposes of state income tax, allocated the gains realized by the taxpayer, Target Stores, Inc., from the sale of certain lands situated in Texas to its Minnesota gross income for tax years 1970 and 1971.
