This case involves an award of attorney's fees in the amount of $333,000 to counsel for plaintiffs-appellees in a class action under the rationale of Tenney v. City of Miami Beach;1 that is to say, attorney's fees allegedly due for services rendered to the benefit of members of the class and payable out of a fund allegedly preserved as a result of such services.
