In each of two separate informations, defendant was charged with violation of bail bond, commonly known as "bail jumping," in violation of section 32-10 of the Illinois Criminal Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 32-10). Following a bench trial on April 3, 1975, the court found defendant guilty of both charges and sentenced him to concurrent terms of 30 days in the House of Correction...
