The complaint, as amended, alleges that a joint and several note in the amount of $95,273, executed by Edward A. Binsse and others, and payable to the plaintiff, has not been paid; that Edward A. Binsse died on or about June 3, 1973; that a sworn statement in writing of the plaintiff's claim was presented by certified mail and received by Irene Binsse, who is...
