This is an appeal from the trial court's interlocutory order compelling the transfer of certain shares of stock.

The facts are simple. The plaintiff owns 37 1/2 percent of the shares of the stock of Lakeland Bus Lines, Inc. The defendant owns 62 1/2 percent of such shares (including the 1 share owned by his wife). The plaintiff alleges in his complaint that the defendant...
