Plaintiff, a resident of the Charter Township of Delta, brought a suit in Eaton County Circuit Court to set aside certain easement agreements entered into between defendant township and defendants Marquardt and Gettysburg Estates Development Co., Inc. (Gettysburg). From the court's judgment that the agreements were null and void, defendants Marquardt and Gettysburg appeal.
