Defendant was found guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Seneca County and sentenced for the crime of murder as set forth in R. C. 2903.02, providing that "No person shall purposely cause the death of another." He appeals assigning error in three particulars.

First Assignment of Error. "That the verdict and judgment of the court are not sustained by sufficient evidence and are against the manifest weight of the evidence."
