Appellant Moore was convicted by a jury of armed robbery, D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202, and was sentenced to three to ten years imprisonment. Appellant Johnson was convicted of robbery, D.C. Code 1973, § 22-2901, for which he was imprisoned for eighteen months to ten years. The victim of the robbery, James E. Gibbs, identified appellants seventeen days after the event in a chance street encounter near the courthouse. This...
