This is an appeal by defendants and a third party defendant from a judgment holding them liable for injuries to plaintiff allegedly inflicted on him by a gunshot fired by a police officer acting in the course and scope of his employment with the City of Bunkie. As hereinafter amended, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.
