This is an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas wherein on January 9, 1975, defendant-appellant, Charles Smith, entered a plea of nolo contendere to a threecount indictment returned against him in Case No. Cr. 15532. The court accepted Mr. Smith's plea and found him guilty of the first and second counts of Aggravated Burglary, R. C. 2911.11, and Aggravated Robbery, R. C. 2911.01.
