Plaintiff lessor, H. Avdich, brought this action against defendant lessee, Karl Kleinert, alleging that plaintiff was entitled to possession of premises located at 4701-05 North Lincoln Avenue in the city of Chicago. The suit also claimed rent of $460 for January 1976. After a trial without a jury in the circuit court of Cook County, the court entered judgment in favor of plaintiff...
