Defendants, Clifton Thibodeaux, James Howard Jones, and Turf Lounge, Ltd., have appealed from a trial court judgment which found them operating a gambling house, a public nuisance under LSA-R.S. 13:4721, on the premises of the "New Turf Lounge".
