The State has appealed from the trial judge's order granting defendants' motion to suppress evidence obtained as the result of a search warrant and his subsequent order dismissing charges against defendants for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) in violation of RCW 69.50.401 (c).1 We reverse and remand.
