PER CURIAM.

On a trial to the jury, the defendant was convicted of the crimes of kidnapping, robbery with violence and binding. He was tried jointly with Michael Holup who was also found guilty of the same crimes. On his appeal, Gordon has filed numerous assignments of error only one of which it is necessary for us to consider—that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to sever his trial from that of Holup.
