The appellant, Juan Luna Castro, was found guilty by a jury on Count I, importing marijuana (A.R.S. § 36-1002.07), Count II, transporting marijuana (A.R.S. § 36-1002.07), and Count III, possession of marijuana for sale (A.R.S. § 36-1002.06).
