The plaintiff, Frederica S. Clark, instituted this action against the defendant, Billy Ray Clark, her husband, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while she was riding as a guest in an automobile driven by him. The motion for judgment alleged that defendant was guilty of gross negligence which proximately caused the accident and plaintiff's injuries.
