Defendant appeals from a judgment revoking his probation and sentencing him to a term of 3 to 10 years. He does not challenge the evidentiary basis for the revocation; rather, he argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his request to be admitted for treatment as a narcotics addict under the Dangerous Drug Abuse Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 91 1/2, par. 120.1...
