This is a motion to suppress evidence relied on in the defendant's conviction for possession of a controlled drug in violation of RSA 318-B:2 (Supp. 1975). The evidence in question was secured by a search of the person of the defendant, a passenger in a vehicle stopped by the police for speeding.
