SCHROEDER, Judge.

Appellant appeals from his conviction of first degree rape and his sentence of not less than five years nor more than five years and one day. He was tried jointly with Donald Vincent Williams, and our opinion in that appeal is handed down with this one. State v. Williams, 27 Ariz.App. 279, 554 P.2d 646.
