Weyerhaeuser Company, the successor to Weyerhaeuser Timber Company (Weyerhaeuser), appeals from a dismissal with prejudice of its action against Burlington Northern, Inc. (Railroad). The suit involved the construction of a deed of timberland in Cowlitz County from Railroad to Weyerhaeuser.
