EUBANK, Judge.

The only issue raised for our consideration is whether the evidence supports the award finding that Kenneth C. Atkison's death did not arise out of and in the course of his employment.

The facts are that decedent was a factory worker employed by Sea Ray Boats. Approximately two weeks prior to decedent's death, the vice-president of Sea Ray sought employee reaction to the idea of holding a company picnic such as had been held...
