On May 15, 1973, Creative Development Corporation (Creative) granted to Calhoun Bond, Esquire, Trustee, a deed of trust securing the sum of $6,500,000 to be used in the purchase and renovation of Suburban Oaks, a building situated in the Pikesville area of Baltimore County. Creative proposed to convert the building from rental apartments to condominium units. Bond was the trustee designated by the lender, Chase Manhattan...
