HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction of possession1 and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.2 He also contends that the lower court should have granted his motion for a mistrial after a prosecution witness made repeated references to prior criminal activity by the appellant.3
