We granted petitioner's application for a habeas corpus appeal to consider the question whether his guilty plea was voluntary under the standards set out in Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238 (89 S.C. 1709, 23 LE2d 274) (1968). The trial court denied his petition and remanded him to custody. We reverse.
