This is an appeal from a $210,000 judgment entered in a wrongful death action in favor of Isabell Gutkowski against Stover Brothers Trucking Company and its employee, William Paulson.

Mrs. Gutkowski's husband died as a result of injuries he received when a semitrailer truck he was driving for the Continental Container Corporation collided with a Stover Brothers' truck driven...
